Access Grid Booking Form

Use this form to make requests for booking the Access Grid facilities.

Enter the details of the booking you wish to make below - your request will automatically be sent to our staff. Bookings should be made at least one week in advance to ensure that resources are available at the time specified. Bookings at shorter notice may still be accepted at the discretion of eResearch staff.

You can check the availability of the rooms on the Current Bookings page, and should familiarise yourself with applicable hiring fees for usage.

If not yours, then the contact person's name who should be associated with the booking.
If not yours, then the number of a contact who should be associated with the booking.

Enter the time and date at which the booking should start (AEST, GMT+10).

Select the type of booking you are making, depending on the purpose of your relationship to JCU. Please note that this affects the cost.
If your booking is internal to JCU, a charge account code must be provided. If you are external, we will contact you regarding charges.
Select which room or rooms you would like to book. Room details can be found here.
Enter a one-line purpose for your meeting.
If you already know the Access Grid Virtual Venue that will be used, enter it here.
